New and improved pastry brush

Pastry brush bad:

Leaves pastry hairs all over my food, impossible to clean thoroughly

Pastry brush awesome:

Silicone bristles can withstand high heat, cleans easily, no hairs on food.
Oh, and cost is 2 for $1 at the Dollar Tree!!

Oh, I absolutely LOVE my silicone brush! Actually anything silicone in my kitchen. I'm really beginning to wonder how I could possibly have baked with those neanderthal METAL items!!!!

I totally *heart* my silicone pastry brush, mostly used in my house for brushing tomato sauce on pizza dough. ;-)

This is on my list of things to get. I HATE our pastry brush droppings.

Just don't let your 18-month old get hold of this. You'll never get it back.

She loves feeling the bristles on her face - and jabbing it in her eye. That seems to be good too.

I am sooo getting me one of these!! I was just at the Dollar Tree the other day for a few things and saw those but didn't grab any as I was in a hurry and on a mission!

Thanks for sharing and the reminder! :)

Sass E-Mum, I don't know how safe it is, but since it came in a pack 2/$1. I wouldn't care if the kids absconded with it!
