Turbinado sugar. How I love you.
Let me count the ways.
1. You can be added to iced coffee for some crunchy sweet goodness.
2. You can be rolled onto oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for sugary perfection.
3. You can be sprinkled onto chocolate chip scones for that perfect topping.
Okay, well it's only 3 ways. But still I love you!

You had me at "sugar."
My old boss used to use ONLY this sugar in his coffee! I have to admit is was good!
You forgot one - you can lick your finger and then dip it in the packet for a quick fix. What - I'm not an addict! I can stop any time I want to!

I LOVE that stuff. I put it into iced-tea, knowing full well that it won't dissolve. Then I suck up the sugary crystals in the straw. Mmm...
(P.S. My son recently pulled that little brown packet out at a restaurant. He held it up and said, "Mommy, can I have some oatmeal?" He thought it was one of those instant oatmeal packets. Cracked me up.)
I don't eat sugar anymore, but that stuff is awesome on top of muffins!
I keep it in the house for guests who use sugar in their beverage. I roll with Splenda now!

Oh, that is the sugar I use to top my creme brulee. Mmmmmmm.
This was the sugar I grew up with until we moved to the states. Mom and grandma had to protect that stuff from the ants and the kids. White sugar is pretty bland compared to this stuff. It's funny to see it being sold as a specialty item in the states these days. Don't get me started on what passes for brown sugar in these parts.
